Dogs are influenced by the people living around them. And people also get influenced by the dog. So both people and dogs need each other.

When both of you have a strong bond, it has been noticed that dogs that receive feelings of love perform better in their tasks.

Dogs love cuddling in their owner's beds. They enjoy the comfort of sleeping with their owners.

But dogs usually carry dust and bacteria in their body that you probably do not want in your bed sheets.

There are certain types of cuddling that dogs do not appreciate, such as giving them tight hugs. It has been seen that hugging dogs may cause fear and stress and negative behavior. 

Every dog has a different personality. Some of them may dislike hugs and some may deeply love them.

Many dogs may be shy in front of new people, and some signs show that the dog is shy or nervous.

Advantages And Disadvantages
Dogs wag their tails for different reasons. When they are happy, they wag their tail with their whole back end.

If they are wagging their tails in a loose and relaxed way, it indicates that they are calm and enjoying the moment.

Teach your dog to tolerate hugs. It can be helpful in situations when you may need to hold them still, especially during a visit to the vet or groomer. 

If you have small children around your home, it can be helpful to get your dog used to have arms around them. It keeps them in control.

Notice your dog's signs of discomfort, the physical contact while rewarding the dog; you can build positive connections with gentle, loose hugs.

It remains important to be aware of. If your dog is over-stimulated or exhausted, a hug may still be a step too far.

Never encourage children to hug unknown dogs, because even if your dog is quiet and calm is fine, but someone else's might not be. They could be aggressive.

Never hug an unfamiliar dog. Dogs do not enjoy hugs from the unfamiliar human being.

Loud noises, crowds, and lots of moving activity nearby create situations not good for hugging a dog, no matter if the dog is your pet or not.

Some dogs do not like too much hugging. A dog owner easily recognizes that every dog has different needs, including their need for a feeling of love.
