This is a very good quality rope leash for a lab. It has served its purpose pretty well. I have a very energetic lab puppy of 7 months. This leash is perfect for controlling the adolescent energy.

Great material and easy to hold. The durability depends on your dog. If you have a young dog like mine, you might want to keep it out of their range. My labrador is 4 years old. And the size is perfect.
