My Oscars are in love with this. Started feeding them last year. They were really small. 7-8 pellets were enough in each feeding. By the time the pack finished they were gulping 7-8 pellets at one go. They have grown to 8"+. Only problem is the pellets are too big for baby Oscars.

It's a great food for African cichlids! I've always been very satisfied with it's results in terms of color, vigour and growth of the fish. The only drawback that I've observed with this food is that the water gets cloudy from the poop that the fish release after consuming it. The poop kind of disintegrates into the water when the fish go picking on them in search of food. Why I blame it on this food is that this kind of thing does not happen with other Hikari cichlid foods available.
