Good food in economic price... I switched from RC to Focus on my Vets. suggestion for my 5 months old Lab., did not notice any change in growth of my pooch. from past 2 months he is on Focus. He weights 24 Kgs. However not a fan of the triangular small kibble size.

Its good product... but you need to crush it before feeding as the size is little bigger. And also you need to add some additional food. my pug some time eat it and some time he refuse.

She used to make a fuss when eating Pedigree Puppy food. But ever since we shifted her to Drools Focus Puppy food, she eats it up rather quickly! And has been growing tall and strong ever since.. I think we will stick to this till she is 18 months old.

I was using canine creek at start after 1 month shifted to drolls focus but canine creek is better than this. My dog some time leave half food and he is foody, canine creek is better for digestive and he likes it and always eat full food with canine creek.

writing this review when my 15 kg pack is almost over. got it for my Golden puppy. was all good at first but gradually she started losing interest in the kibble.. not a typical golden retriever behavior at all (goldens are greedy eaters, they eat everything). but i guess a 15 kg pack is too much to eat on daily basis. will go for smaller packs from now on.

I ordered a 1.2 kg bag to try on my 2.5 month old lab puppy. I was using Pedigree starter feed before. The delivery was a bit late (which is ok due to lockdown) so I went 25-50-75-100% in 4 days with this. After this, I ordered a 4 kg bag which was torn and duly refunded by by writing a mail. My experience is pretty good with this. Puppy was a bit weak before. His coat had become a bit rough and was itchy. Weight gain was not as per expectation with Pedigree Pro. After feeding this, within 2 days I could see visible difference. The coat was shinier and smoother. His energy has gone up. Poop is good. He has gained good amount of weight and looks very healthy now. I am planning to continue this diet for coming year. Coming to packaging, if it's not torn (due to delivery or logistics issues) the packing is actually pretty good. It comes with a quality zipper which allows freshness. Smellwise, it's a bit more pleasant to me( your review may differ) than Pedigree pro. I cannot say if the kibble size is perfect, because I grind and give him a paste. It is a little expensive compared to Pedigree and other Indian brands, but given the content(which I hope they are true) and my puppy's growth, I am okay with the cost.

My Cocker Spaniel has a love/hate relationship with this. He loved it the first few times. And then wouldn't touch this and had to be fed Royal Canin. And then he loved it again. It's an Indian brand and much better than Pedigree that's for sure.

Acceptance of this food is very low in GSD. My GSD would not accept this food no matter what. Tried in every possible way. Even one kibble in the entire meal and he will simply walk away. Careful is you have a GSD.

My puppy just loves this one. Her coat shines bright and her dry skin problems are reduced with this one. Delivery wise there was a surprise in store for us. Besides the 15+1.2kg free bag, there were also 15 small 100 gm sachet packs extra that are just perfect for travel. Highly recommended for dogs allergic to wheat or soya filters used normally in dog food.

Its realy a great product , it takes some time for the acceptance by the dog but at this price good quality dog food . If u r thinking of pedigree pro or something else don’t go for such scrap , this drools product is great ., but dont just feed only dog food for the pup it’s need more Calories and protein so I suggest to add some boiled eggs and brown rice or meat to this .

I can't back-test the ingredients in the product..cuz they describe every thing best for the dog is in there..it has chicken( not the wings, claws and head -"by-product"-full disclosure though dogs are tough and can digest them too, so your dog will do fine on pedigree or better royal canin or whatever), flaxseed, no corn, no gluten, rice, beetroot..I mean it sounds too good to be true.. But I can tell..about my puppy I've a lab..and since 2 months of age he's using it..he was the runt of the litter, very skinny lad and we had to give 5 types of supplement twice a day to keep his hunger on during 1-2 months.. He is fine toddler now..runs 1-2 km daily with us..just to keep his energy in control..he has a fine coat and a good muscular build..and his No.2s have always been great..he starts and then finishes..no break..and he's over all a very active and keen dog..

3months old Doberman puppy does not show specific preferance between Royal Canin Feed against Focus. That is a good start. The pup is also not displaying any adverse reactions yet. This is after using the feed for a week’s time as per feeding guidelines. However a larger kibble size for older pups could have been better way to proceed. May be a new product line for older pups with same ingredients but larger kibble size would open up more market for manufacturer. Update. After a month, now the puppy has eaten about 15 KG of this feed. Gained about 5 KG in weight. However it developed some allergic bumps on its body and also it sometimes avoids to eat the kibbles. Apparently it needs a dilution factor. Hence we are mixing boiled vegetables with skin and rice with kibbles in 1:1:1 ratio everytime we feed, and puppy eats happily and eagerly. This solved the skin bump problems to some extant. We will keep you posted as pup progresses.

Great Purchase, will buy again. Better than others in market. Contains no useless fillers, thanks. I recommend this to guys who are searching food for loving pets. I was last using Classic CP, Drools .. now I think focus is definitely better. Better than RC too. My Saint is 18 months now, and our one lab is 9months Feeding Tips: You can give dalia, porridge, oats, rotis, eggs, rice, curd, etc to dogs. Mix it up with other things. for large/giant breed, e.g. for my st.bernard i make : dog food granuals 150g/200g + curd or milk with 1egg + hot water, keep it for few minutes then give to the dog. Also give 2-3 wheat bread slices or roti. I generally give this food 3 times per day to puppies till 7 to 8 months, after that it depends on size and breed, etc. Reduce to 2 times per day Try to keep the diet under control. Keep a check on deworming schedule. For giant breeds don't give them too much food. Diet of Labrador and St.Bernard there is not much difference. So dont give them to much to eat. Keep the diet in check, weight the food every time. Morning, afternoon and night. bcoz some people give too much food and they eat gup gup so fast. Large Qty feeding can cause them to become fat, then it may cause hip & other problems specially in giant breed like st bernard. Give 3 medium size diets instead of 2 large feeding per day.

Product and delivery is excellent. Always look for the ingredients and analysis percentage, you will have an idea about the product. It is wheat ,corn and soy free. Fresh chicken is the no.1 ingredient here. Also it has oatmeal, probiotics and prebiotics. Minimum- Protein 28% fat 16% crude fibre- 2.5%. Also remember at the end of the day, it depends on the dog, whether he/she likes the food or not. Quality wise, go for this brand blindly if your pet loves this. Else a little added money will bring you Canine Creek and Fidele in this range. If you have money, i suggest you go for Orijen or Akina( royal canin becomes a baby compared to this rich brands lol). My 3 months old pug puppy has become more muscular after getting drools focus.Her stool is hard. I feed her drools focus twice out of her four meals everyday. To start with, let me clarify that i hv tried rc maxi, pedigree pro the drools focus. RC : Good but not the best heavy on budget Pedigree pro: worst with filler. You will notice difference in poop. Moist against hard Drools focus: The best among the crowd: leave all negative feedback and go for it. Worth every penny. Poop quality is superior than rc as per rule book of dogs. I have a labrador 3 month old. Once month since drools focus.. growth is awsome with no side affects. No other supplements reqd.
