Otirel ear drops provide fast relief from ear infections in dogs and cats.
Clotrimazole: it is antifungal for treating fungal infections. It inhibits fungal growth by inhibiting the functioning of membrane-bound enzymes.
Ofloxacin: It is a synthetic fluoroquinolone. It inhibits the supercoiling activity of bacterial DNA gyrase, halting the DNA replication of bacteria.
Betamethasone: Topical steroid. It reduces/inhibits inflammation, redness, and swelling.
Lignocaine HCl: A local anesthetic agent reduces the pain sensation/irritation.
Class: Anti-bacterial/anti-inflammatory/antifungal.

Treatment & control of Otitis externa of fungal and bacterial origin.
Dosage/ Administration / Directions for Use:
8-10 drops per ear, twice or thrice daily.
Pharmaceutical precautions / Instructions:
Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Shake well before use. For external use only.
Side effects / Overdose / Contraindications:
Prolonged use may develop antibiotic resistance, consult your veterinarian before using. Topical steroids are contraindicated in ulcerative lesions. Normal precautions should be observed.
