My pup always had a terrible itching problem on the inner side of his ears, accompanied by a rash and flaky skin. Most other medicated shampoos didn’t seem to work, because he’d be wriggling around and scratching his ears by the evening. After using this shampoo on him, his skin has cleared up and he hasn’t been itchy in days... he was quite comfortable while taking a bath too, so maybe the tea tree has a soothing effect on his skin.

The Capt. Zack Protect combo was an absolute delight to work with. My two adopted indies Bruno & Leo and my Rottie Oscar took a liking to the paw butter that was smooth & fragrant. And above all, got the job done by softening down their elbows and paws. O loved the product. My girl suffered from dandruff and heavy shedding, but after using this product for just 4 times (once a week) her shedding stopped, and her skin issues are also resolved! Ps- my dog is a Labrador, and they have thick undercoats. Really did wonders on her hair, even made her coat glow. Make sure you leave the shampoo in for 5-10 mins for it to work properly! :)

This product really helped with my dog's itchy skin, she use to bite herself raw.... tried different meds, changed her diet & nothing truly helped long term. After the 1st shampoo my girl felt relieved and by the 6th use she was not scaly or raw... It worked on my doggo !

Using this is an enjoyable experience: quick froth, fast cleaning of fur and underlying skin, easy washing off of the shampoo and refreshed feeling for both pet and parent. You need not have to scratch and pat as much to wash off all the shampoo. And since you can apply easily and clean easily..the pet doesn't have to spend long standing time in the bath I used it for my puppy's first bath (local breed). It was easy to spread on the skin without much effort (single coat). After all dead fur came out during bath, there was no shedding after bath and drying. It left him feeling clean and light and fresh. As a pet parent I loved it to use and for it's scent too.

I bought this combo pack for my Golden Retriever puppy who just turned a year old. Captain Zack has a great range of pet products with really cool packaging. What I love most about the paw butter is the consistency and the scent which isn't overpowering. Moreover, even if the puppy ends up licking its paws afterwards, which it inevitably did, it's totally safe and natural and won't be toxic for him. The shampoo was also a great find for me as my puppy had dry and flaky skin. Again, the scent and consistency of the shampoo were great and for a combo pack of these items to come at this price was a steal. I also feel the shampoo is much better for these summer months because of the tea tree in it. I recently went to a pet shop where just the shampoo alone of another brand with the same properties was for about INR 1300. So this was definitely a value for money buy for me.

Ok, so it does smell great. Nothing strong or artificial but a nice diluted tea tree essential oil fragrance. I bought it for dogs who live on a farm. Imagine a lot of mud and muck. My dogs are a furry indie breed and are prone to dandruff and tics. As promised - product works on dandruff, coat is shinier after a bath, but no defence against ticks. Full points for no adverse effect on my babies. I've used it only once and a little amount made up enough lather for 5. In spite of everything going right, I give the product 3 rating because I've got the same results with other brands that are cheaper and, at least, as safe. It's a nice product but I feel it more suited to pets who stay indoors, primarily.
